• Create and publish notices of any value, using single and two stage procedures using a step-by-step wizard

  If a notice would expect a high volume of bids, you may consider using a two-stage procedure to shortlist the most suitable suppliers.

  A PRO subscription allows you to conduct this type of procedure by giving you access to the SPD creation tool, as well as the secure postbox. These features allow you to set the selection criteria while also giving you a secure postbox to ensure no bids or correspondence are missed.

• Receive submissions via a secure electronic postbox

  All bids should remain anonymous until the deadline has expired and you’re ready to begin evaluation. If you use e-mail or another system which cannot guarantee this - your notices do not comply with PCR 2015. A PRO subscription allows you to create secure postboxes to receive Request for Quote (RFQ), Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), and tender responses from suppliers.

• Attach documents directly onto any notices you publish

  A PRO subscription allows you to attach freely accessible documents, up to a total of 100Mb, to any notice you publish.

• Have open and transparent communication with suppliers via our online Q&A facility

  To ensure fair competition, all suppliers are required to be provided with exactly the same information. A PRO subscription gives you access to our Q&A tool, which allows suppliers to ask questions anonymously, then lets you to publish responses to all interested suppliers, while also making them publicly available, so you only have to answer the question once.

• Use our Single Procurement Document (SPD) creation tool to easily qualify suppliers

  SPDs can be included with contract opportunities to simplify the procurement process, and are intended to remove some of the barriers to participation in public procurement, especially for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). A PRO subscription gives you access to our SPD creation tool, allowing you to easily include your selection criteria as a standardised electronic questionnaire.

• Access your document library to store all of your tender documents

  Our cloud based storage allows you to easily make documents available to the public, while also providing you with secure storage for private documents that can only be accessed by members of your organisation.

• Create reports about your procurement activity

  myTenders allows you to generate statistical returns and Notice list reports, both of which can be used to easily analyse your procurement activity.

• For low-value procurements, use Quick Quotes - our invite-only, request for quotation system

  A PRO subscription gives you access to Quick Quote - our online quotation facility allowing you to obtain competitive quotes electronically from your choice of over 25,000 suppliers registered on myTenders.

  Registering for myTenders is free for suppliers, and you can easily invite those you regularly work with to register to the portal.

• Have all of your notices published to your own branded buyer page

  With an extra subscription you can have a branded Buyers Profile page, which will be designed to look like a page within your own website. Whenever you publish a notice on myTenders, it will be automatically added to this page – ready for suppliers to find and access.

• Choose a subscription based on your needs

  As well as an annual subscription, we offer pay-as-you-go access. If you do not publish many notices a year, this could save you money.

With hundreds of forms for every type of service and product imaginable, it can be difficult to identify what you should include in your notices. Our step-by-step publishing wizard will keep you right by guiding you through the relevant procedure and forms, while indicating what is needed for each, and highlighting areas you may have missed. Each section is automatically saved upon completion, and it is impossible to submit a tender without completing all relevant sections. Every notice also goes through our triple compliance check – two automated checks, one when you start and another when you finish, and a final manual check by our Customer Service Team once the tender is live.
