How to update your buyer Central Digital Platform information on MyTenders
This page will explain how to add your authority buyer Public Procurement Organisation Number (PPON), and your API key to your MyTenders account. Please note: The Unique Identifier and API Key will only be available to update on MyTenders on or after the 24th of February.
Uploading your Unique Identifier and API Key to MyTenders
Please note: The Unique Identifier and API Key will only be available to update on MyTenders on or after the 24th of February.
When an authority logs in for the first time on or after the 24th February and it does not have a Unique Identifier and API Key, the authority will be directed to the appropriate section for the registration once the user has logged in:

This information can subsequently be updated if the buyer follows the below steps:
To do this you will need to sign into MyTenders and access your Buyer Control Panel. From your control panel, click ‘Buyer Profile’ under the heading Organisation.
From Buyer Profile, select ‘Amend Organisation Details’ option in the bottom right of the page.
Add the appropriate information under the Central Digital Platform section. Once entered, click ‘Save’
